Brad Douglas serves as the Commissioner of the Department of Administrative Services. He brings over 18 years of leadership experience in private industry procurement, strategic partnership development, e-procurement, marketing, and process re-engineering to the job. Prior to joining DOAS, he served as the Vice President, Emerging Businesses and Strategic Partnerships for Choice Hotels International. Prior to that, he was the Procurement Director for Spherion.

Mr. Douglas earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management from Georgia Tech and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Georgia State University.
