Unemployment Program

Risk Management Services offers an Unemployment Program in partnership with TALX Corporation to assist state entities in conjunction with the Department of Labor in the administration of unemployment claims. TALX Corporation is responsible for administering unemployment claims, storing separation information, auditing bills for unemployment benefit payments, and acting as "address of record" for state entities and representing them at hearings with the Department of Labor. Through this partnership, DOAS provides state entities with expertise and resources to manage the state's Unemployment Program.
