Joe Kim serves as the Director of the Office of Legal Services and has been a member of DOAS’ leadership team since 1995. Prior to joining DOAS in 1993, he was an attorney with an Atlanta business law firm.
Mr. Kim earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Political Science from the University of Southern California and a Juris Doctorate degree from Boston College Law School.
